the management treatment and ethics sucks. I accidentally forgot the room keys in soweto and i had a day more to stay that i had already paid for the lady kept on complaining to open for me telling me that i was ridiculous for an honest mistake that happen she complained the entire time to open up the gate for me in the next morning the bathroom door locked itself and i had to go ask them to open for me and the same lady again she was complaining that now she needs to search through a bunch of keys to look for the bathroom keys again calling me ridiculous. I then asked myself how does this lady talk to a client. I ended up paying for the 450.00 as a holding deposit to be refunded when they receive the keys which i was hoping to get someone return them form me on Thursday but failed to on Thursday.the keys were eventually returned and they telling me i cant get my refund cause they had already made duplicates of he keys without any form of communication with me to bring it to my attention that if the keys were not return on the said date i would forfeit my deposit.i regret booking there and for he fact that they were recommended by well established guesthouse Del Rosa to be subjected to such treatment.its so unprofessional i feel scammed of my hard...

I have recently had the pleasure to stay at Oregon Place for a total of 10 weeks. This is hands down the best accommodation that I have stayed in and I have travelled extensively both nationally and internationally. The staff is super helpful, accommodating and very courteous and there is absolutely nothing that I can complain about. It felt like a home away from a home. A big thank you to every single person that works there.||I made my reservation a day prior to check in and was accommodated in a friendly manner.||The rooms are amazing, it is very often that you stay at a place where cleanliness is a priority.
