Centre is nice and clean, you pay R2 to use the public toilets just to find that there is no toilet paper. My wife used the ladies and on the last two occasions(mid Sept and early Oct 2020) the toilets can't be flushed and toilet paper is no were to be seen. The men's toilets smelled foil with no hand soap to use. On a positive note the under-roof parking is super, found the Super Spar clean, spacious and light however a little pricey in comparison to others in Middelburg.
