Absolutely disgusting service!! ||||We booked via Hotels.com in May 2022 for Rocking the Daisies festival. We called Allys Place directly on the 3rd October and spoke to Dane, whereby he informed us that they are fully booked and have no trace of our booking. In May, we received full confirmation that our booking is reserved and confirmed and they received our full payment.||||Allys Place has not called us once to apologise for any inconvenience caused from their side and they refuse to refund our money. ||||Allys Place also refuses to accept our calls as well as the calls from Hotels.com, as we are all trying to resolve this matter.||||I do not recommend this accommodation at all!...

We had decided on the spur of the moment to go and see the flowers in the West Coast National Park. While we thoroughly enjoyed the flowers, undoubtedly the highlight of our trip was Elly's. They blame the various platforms for stealing their photos and listing them without permission, even legitimate platforms I have used all over the world are problematic for them.
