On The Beach — Hotel in Swartland Local Municipality

We recently stayed at one of the On the Beach self-catering units, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking view—truly something out of a postcard. Waking up to the sound of waves crashing and stepping out to the ocean views was a highlight of our stay.

The people were so friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more special. It really felt like a home away from home.

We also appreciated how safe the environment felt. As a traveler, it's important to feel secure, and On the Beach provided exactly that—peace of mind, so we could fully relax and unwind.

Overall, this place was the perfect escape. If you're looking for a place to recharge with stunning scenery and a relaxed atmosphere, I highly recommend On the Beach. We'll definitely...

Mixed feelings about this one. Very modern, beautiful, clean and neat. It has a beautiful view and parking, but it also had some impractical aspects like no bedside tables, no bin in the bedroom or bathroom, no place to put your suitcase for an overnight stay etc. It has a heater panel in the bathroom, but it's not connected, so I suppose one has to use the lead in the sitting room? The kitchen / communal area is split like it is supposed to be for two seperate units. There is a TV but it's covered and has no decoder so we didn't even put it on. There were no rusks and only tea and coffee for two people? We just overnighted so it was okay, but a longer stay would have been...

Wake up, walk outside and smell and see the Ocean. It can be done here! What a great location, and what wonderful accommodation. Everything you want is there. Communication in advance and on arrival was also perfect. You couldn't wish for a more welcoming reception. Very nice here is the presence of a small heater. Just enough to keep out the worst of the cold (we were here in July).
