Once again thank you to the management and host with great service upon arrival. We booked last minute accomodation and once again thank you for accomodating us at last minute. When we arrived I noticed that the 2 rooms had double beds. I mentioned to the host that in the guesthouse where we usually book for R100 cheaper there is a King size bed in most rooms. The host immediately upgraded us to a room with a King size bed with no extra cost. Thank you this was an absolutely game changer for me and will definitely make use of this guesthouse again in future. My only recommendation is to replace the double beds with at least queen size beds in the rooms. This will definitely ensure comfortable accomodation. Everything was neat upon...

The rudest most unmannered guest house owner I have ever experienced in my entire life. Susan should not be in the hospitality industry at all, she has no idea how to treat clients , can't manage her own booking system, and then expects clients to pay for her own incompetence. If you want to support a rude guesthouse owner speak to Susan, if you prefer to support friendly people , take my advise and go somewhere else.
