If you ever stay over in Potchefstroom or even if you have never been there and want to go and see it... Stay at the Micheal-Angelo Guest House. The owners Willem and Pieter are simply amazing. They made my wife and I feel so so welcome. The venue itself is out of this world. The rooms are amazing. The decor is so beatiful and elegant. The antiques that they own are priceless. I would encourage people to go stay there for the antiques alone. The garden is so beautiful. You feel like you sitting in a garden paradise there. Its so peaceful. The owners... My word they are my new family. It felt like I was visiting family. We didn't want to leave. If we could have stayed for a week longer we would have. We were actually tearful when we had to leave. And then there is the breakfast. Pieter is a cullinary genius. What he can do with bacon and eggs I can't describe in words.. It has to be tasted... Smelt... Seen... Experienced. Once again I would go there just for the breakfast alone. I would encourage anyone and everyone to go visit Willem and Pieter's oasis. I recently stayed at Michael-Angelo guesthouse on a work trip to Potchefstroom and had a wonderful experience. The guesthouse is adorned with beautiful antiques, exquisite paintings, and elegant porcelain pieces.

The rooms are well-furnished, featuring a luxurious king-size bed with ample pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The decor is cozy yet sophisticated, making it a perfect retreat.

The spectacular breakfast each morning was delicious and beautifully presented, providing a wonderful start to the day. They also provide breakfast packages to go. I highly recommend the set three-course dinner!

What a stay! Our Hosts, Pieter and Willem, were very friendly The room was immaculate and spacious, the bed super comfortable! Pieter made a fresh breakfast morning, what a mouthwatering delight. We stayed here a week and were treated to something different each morning. It was a bit chilly during our stay so weren’t able to make use of the pool or the outdoor area/garden, a spectacular sight.

It is a 2min drive from Mooi Rivier Mall, but not in the City center so its nice a quiet.
