Had a short stay and this self catering establishment. Rooms were neat as well as the bathroom. Room we stayed at was 2 bedrooms with one of the rooms having an uncomfortable bunkbed. Mattresses should be considered to be replaced to something comfortable. We got in during the loadshedding on a +30° day and no ac just a fan for the lounge area and one available for a room. Another fan should be available per room. Overall the items available in the kitchen and rooms are sufficient for an overnight stay or weekend. Host was attentive to our needs and was very keen on water and electricity saving tips. Area is close to mall and safe with cars parked behind remote access gates.

Wonderful owner that looks after the place and the people wonderfully. Shows a lot of care for the clients. Great if you are with family.

From my experience, I can give the following report Pro's: The bed was clean and comfortable enough. White linen - which is always a must in my book. My unit was clean with enough space for me. It could sleep up to 5 (1 x Double Bed; 1 x Double Sleeper Couch, 1 x Single above the sleeper couch) but that would be extremely over crowded. The 2 plate gas cooker was a nice touch. This is not something you find very often. Bathroom is clean. Con's: Extremely small for the number of beds. Totally not practical. The finishes leave a lot to be desired. There are a lot of small things that are simply unfinished. (e.g. Skirting boards that are half undone. Old door ways that have not been bricked up) The units are serviced once a week if you stay that long. They provide only 1 roll of toilet paper - and my roll was not even a full roll. It is unpleasant, to say the least, to find this out the hard way. I think this is extremely ridiculous. I wouldn't stay here again for that little reason alone! How cheap are you, that you won't provide your guests with a basic thing like toilet paper? Seriously!? My room had the noisiest pool timer in the world right outside the room which ticks loudly every second. So as a result I didn't get very much sleep. Despite complaining about it nothing was done. The whole entire point of booking a place like this is to SLEEP. As a provider such a service your most important duty is to see that your guests get a good night's sleep. This is B&B 101. Failed! The TV is in the lounge room not the bed room so no watching TV in bed - unless you'd prefer to sleep on the sleeper couch. But then many of the channels didn't work either.

For me the negatives far outweigh any positives. I will definitely find another place to stay on my next trip...

Owner was very rude and made us uncomfortable the place was beautiful and peaceful besides the fact that the owner was rude.We booked the place to go out and have fun but we were restricted from that and we had to buy our own toilet papers when it ran out.Terrible experience at a beautiful place, the double bunk beds didn't even have ladders on them so we had to sleep on the floor but they gave uus a ladder as time went by.New guests came and wanted to enjoy the weekend with us but the rude owner again ruined the good time for us...
