Khaya B&B Mandalay — Hotel in Western Cape

Zero stars actually. If you can avoid this place please avoid it. It's loud, noisy, the sheets are dirty, torn and old on arrival. I am literally on the way to the airport and I had to jump over the gate to make my way out because the owner would not answer his phone in order to open the gate for my parents to pick me up. Luckily, my flight is at 07h00. We had to give a lady a lift to her flight at 06h00 as she was gonna miss it waiting for the owner to answer his phone and open the gate. It should be R50 per night as it's unprofessional and poorly managed....

On arrival we had to wait almost 15minutes before the gates open for us to enter,when we finally got a room it was full of cockroaches,when we told reception we not happy with the room and wanted to leave they told us,the cash we paid is not refundable,we can leave but we not getting our money back... so we ask if we can see other rooms,we got the same problem cockroaches but this time the room was smelly too. The next room he showed was ok but had a smell in it and I told him to remove te smelly blankets...THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE OF ACCOMMODATION!!! PLEASE...

Horrible service no esthetic so rude and self sented I had to pay full amount for a room that has no TV no units no extra warm blankets wet towels staff is not a all friendly the boss seemed quite nice however when he leaves they do as they pls no help with wifi didn't care about units refused to give refund and its my first time here her name I remember is Pam I clean my own room n thr day before there was no warm water water half of thr day no cutlery no coffee nothing was provided besides wet towel and I used to day befores...
