KFC Mandalay Mall — Restaurant in Western Cape

Staff friendly even if they can't speak properly in English. They actually made a recommendation which was nice. Toilets clean compared to other branches. Staff in kitchen is too loud. For some reason shouting in a tiny kitchen is a must. Burger was very saucy. The bbq crunch burger was spicy. Which was odd I just hope they didn't make an error and covering it up with extra sauce. As in the picture you can see the wings aren't crispy I was pulling a sticky soft piece of something and it should be crispy. The wings were tasteless but omg was the gravy filled with pepper I actually enjoyed it. They cleaned the ice cream machine during a lunch time. Who does that. You don't even want to see a woman taking her hands and trying to move the hardened ice cream out the front port. It should have been done early in the morning. Late evening or after hours. But in the lunch rush they cleaning the machine and taking just under ten minutes an order. With so many staff clearly organisation is lacking at the branch. This KFC is so unprofessional. I went through the drive through and ordered a 10 piece family treat and was told to park for 10 minutes as usual. After 10 minutes I kept checking until 30 minutes had passed. I decided to wait at the window with the lady who had been delivering the orders to the vehicles and it was then that I realized that the order number of someone who was familiar to them was prioritised over those of people who are not.

Myself and a stranger noticed that his order "fully loaded box" which he had ordered 10 minutes before matched an order by a lady the employees knew which was just ordered and her order was immediately fulfilled.

There is enough physical material to support and confirm my experience and honestly I am so upset that this is the type of treatment you can recieve from an establishemsnt

This is crazy knowing I paid for my order called customer care sho confirmed the order and just said I should wait on a driver to brong order then when I called the actual store and even sent an email to the store with my receipt which I forward as well as provided full information I was not helped

Now they are not picking up my calls after telling me my order will be coming today.
