New Hunters Moon B&B — Hotel in Western Cape

We attended a wedding nearby and ourselves and the bride and groom used the accommodation of New Hunters Moon for the 25th & 26th of November after confirming with Wilma during the month of October that breakfast is included we enquired with her son about the breakfast times (as she is overseas he advised) he then advised we will not be getting breakfast and if we want we need to pay extra and then he must first go buy the food items. Not only were we upset coming from Krugersdorp Gauteng but the bride and groom was also upset we had to leave and we had to make our own arrangements for breakfast after it was confirmed it would be included and we paid for the full experience.||||The bride and groom were not treaded in the standard one would accept to be treated. We will not be recommending the B+B to anyone and we are sad to write this review after we accepted better...

It's sad to see how the service of the guest house turned out after I stayed there in 2015. I informed host that we will arrive after check in time, when we showed up, we had to wait outside after a long day working at a wine festival. ||The son was very unfriendly regarding the take away breakfast as we had to get going early the next day and was certainly not what we hoped for. According to him breakfast was extra but quotation stated bed and breakfast which was disappointing. Everything about this visit was amazing. We were warmly welcomed by the new hosts, the room were tidy and air conditioned which was in our favor after the unbearable heat we were experiencing on the day of arrival. Complimentary bottled water and a few breakfast options was provided for the next day. ||Breakfast was served the morning of departure and the strawberries in the fruit salad was simply amazing.||||We will definitely be staying over again next year as the service definitely improved and the room was up to standard....
