The overall service provided by this hotel is just terrible. First, the front desk staff provided us with the wrong room number during check-in and we had to go back down to ground floor to inform the staff that we couldn't access the room before he proceeded to provide the correct room number. It was quite frustrating as there were only 2 lifts to the hotel which takes ages to arrive especially if you are staying at high floors. We were at the 17th floor and have to wait around 1-2 mins for the lift and another 1-2mins to go up or down to the ground floor. You will need to wait for 2-4mins for a lift during peak hours when every one is leaving or heading back to their hotel room.Second, we managed to check in after they updated us with the correct room number but were unable to connect to their wifi as the password provided seems to be wrong. I called the front desk and was told to head back down to ground floor for them to re-issue a new wifi password. I cannot understand why can't they come up to pass me and I have to be the one going down when they were the ones who provided us with the wrong information.Third, you will need to inform the front desk if you want their housekeeping service otherwise they will not do it even when you switch on the housekeeping sign. Even though we had them do housekeeping, there were still dust on the sides of the floors and they even forgot to pass us towel. We called the reception on this but once again were told to head down to ground floor to collect the towels ourselves instead of them coming over to pass it to us.Fourth, the hotel is quite a distance away from the nearest metro and you will need around 5-7mins to from the metro station to the hotel so if you have elderly or young kids I would suggest to find somewhere nearer to the metro. This is honestly one of the worst hotel I've ever encountered so far and I honestly think the review rating here is just rigged.I strongly recommend you look for another hotel if you are staying more than just 1...

Read moreI booked two double rooms in this hotel for 7 nights for a family trip. There are pros and cons staying at this hotel.
The location of the hotel is good. It takes less than 10-minute walk to Lotte Mart, and it is very closed to bus stops and subway station.
Also, the hotel room has a balcony facing Busan Bridge, providing a day and night harbour view.
However, the room was not clean. There was hair on the floor and stains on the bed sheets when we just checked in the room. The rooms where we stayed in 18th floor are old. There are many stains on the bathroom floor tiles (no stains on the 16th floor where we stayed during the first two nights).
Also, limited housekeeping services were provided only available upon requests, and bed sheet will not be changed regardless of the number of nights that is booked. We had to inform the front desk our specific requests whenever we needed to throw away the rubbish, refill the bottle water, clean the floor or change the towels. It was quite annoying to request for housekeeping services every time even if you want to throw away the rubbish inside the room. If limited level of services will be provided for consecutive stay, it should be clearly stated on the booking websites so that this can be taken into consideration when making reservations.
On a side note, the slippers in room are reused. Need to bring your own slippers if you do not want to wear slippers used by others.
This hotel maybe a good option for short trip (1-2 nights). However, it is not recommended for longer stay if cleanliness is of...
