This hotel has a great location that not all hotels can have. Located in the main square, near the largest convention center in Busan, it is easy to find the hotel. the hotel is big , the main hall is not luxurious design, entering the lobby feels like going into the office area. One of the lucky things is that the receptionist can use English well. The bedroom of the hotel is spacious, with a living room connecting the space with the sleeping area. There is a small stove, fridge, and microwave. The interior uses dark colors so it is unfriendly and cold. Luggage cabinets are small and cannot put large suitcases or golf clubs. Some other devices such as phones, TVs, sanitary equipment are obsolete. Even my friend's bedroom doesn't have a warm machine in the toilet. The restaurant here is nice and cozy interior, using yellow lights to make delicious when dining here.I really like and pay attention to the breakfast buffet at the big hotels and I find that in the morning there is not too much food. Hot dishes do not serve much and there are no typical Korean dishes except kimchi. Overall this is a hotel that should be experienced once. Hopefully the hotel will upgrade more to match the design trend, travel experience of...
Read moreA good value hotel. For its reasonable price, it offers a room large enough for a sofa, a small dining table with two chairs, dressing table and bathroom with a tub and manageable hot and cold taps. You may have to step up into the tub but that keeps the floor dry if you draw the shower curtain properly. Amenities are very good, nice toiletries and even a loofah. There's a sink in the room but the induction tops aren't for cooking as no pots and pans are provided but the fridge is very large.|Stayed only one night but found the location very convenient for Shinsegae Shopping Mall, Lotte Department Store and Spaland, all within walking distance. Enough eateries in the area but most close by 8pm.|The hotel itself has a restaurant which we didn't try and though the buffet breakfast is pricey, there are alternatives in the Coffee Bean n Tealeaf right next to the lobby and a couple of convenience stores there too including CU where you can get a 10 per cent discount as a hotel guest.|Only minor complaints as the room lighting is a bit dark and some lifts go only to the basement floors. Check-in is somewhat late at 3pm and checkout early at 11am. Other than that, it provides a comfortable stay at...
Read moreStay away- this hotel is dirty with black mold. I had 2 rooms booked for 9 night, one family suite and one double room. Upon entering our rooms I could see the rooms are very old and dirty, when we turned the AC on there was an odd smell, after checking we noticed the filters were full of dust my son immediately needed his puffer. The wallpaper is ripped and peeling off, carpets were stained and the kitchen area still had food stains. The bathroom had black mold. When I contacted the front desk they did offer us another room, unfortunately it wasn’t any better.
The hotel agreed to cancel and refund us the full amount unfortunately this left us scrambling to find a hotel to accommodate 6 people, which due to last minute cost...
