I have stayed in Chosun Tourist Hotel for a night from 8th~9th Nov, 2018.||The room was ok and staffs were friendly. However, the bathtub was dirty and rusty, I couldn't use it. ||||They charged KRW 18000 (USD 16) for breakfast when I checked-in. There weren't many restaurants around the area so I had no other choice but to have breakfast there. ||||In the morning, I found out there were two kinds of serials, milk, apple, orange, a bowl of salad and toasts in the restaurant. That costed KRW 18000, which was way too expensive for what they were offering. ||||I complained if there is scrambled eggs or bacon, they answered that there are less than 30 guest at the hotel, they don't prepare big breakfast.||||I say NEVER have breakfast in this hotel....
