Hotel is NOT 5 star. I had 3 rooms and 2 rooms that were on the same floor were like a,sauna. I couldn't adjust the temperature. Hotel front desk said all the rooms are central AC and I can't adjust the temperature. My 3rd room was cool on a different floor which didnt make sense if I was all the same temp. I told them it's very hot 31C! The front desk told me to open the window! I finally had them change me to the floor that was cooler. I asked for a thin bedsheet because the bed only had a comforter (who knows if its been washed) and front desk said it will be a 22k won charge... seriously??
Casino...forget it! Not worth it. Very small. They see lots of people standing around watching hoping someone will leave and they won't open tables. Hotel is losing money. Only 1 poker table with a long wait list so Noone gets to play. I asked to play blackjack and the staff asked the 1 player at the table and he said no. I guess the players can occupy their own private table even if it's only a 20k won min?? Its not like it's a high roller exclusive table.

Read moreWe stayed at the park hotel section of Inter Burgo. The main entrance and lobby are really fancy. We booked the luxury twin as we were worried that the two person bed would be too small. Luckily we did that, because the two person beds are relatively small indeed (width). The room was clean and very spacious. The hotel is a 5 star hotel, which we do not understand. We didn't see any difference compared to other hotels we usually stay in (which are not 5 stars). Our towels were frayed and while everything was very clean, it was a bit outdated. The hotel has several restaurants which are very expensive and not vegetarian friendly at all. Breakfast costs about 30€ per person and a small cup of tea in one of the restaurants is almost 5€. We were here because of a wedding. Inter burgo knows how to deliver a good wedding. Everything went smoothly, but again, the buffet after was not vegetarian friendly. Generally speaking the staff is very friendly, but most do not speak a...
Read moreThe hotel did the job. It is very large with 1960s/70s decor. Location is central and there are nice gardens. But the rooms are tired; carpets needed cleaned, otherwise reasonably clean. ||Not geared towards international market/business travellers: no international sockets as is usually the case in South Korea; no USB charging stations; few foreign language channels on the TV (eg no English language news channels). The “executive lounge” was open but was just an unused room with rows of chairs and no apparent facilities. ||The breakfast was very canteen like. Food was not bad: cooking station for eggs, fresh fruits, Korean dishes, etc. But no personal service, paper cups, large breakfast room and large self service area.||The hotel was also undergoing construction during the visit - no issue with the noise; just the hope they will be refurbishing the rooms in the...
