After spending a day exploring the historical sites in the Kyongju area, we chose to spend a night at this hotel in proximity to the ocean. Our overall experience was satisfactory, mainly due to the comfortable room and the good condition of the hotel. The staff provided decent service and offered us a discount on the breakfast buffet during check-in. The hotel offers free underground parking as well as an on-site parking lot in front of the lobby, although the latter has limited spaces. The hotel features two main pools with water slides and tends to attract families with children. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to restaurants and cafes, accessible by car, was convenient. Read morePoor design, horrible service. Staff is very unattractive. Visited mid January. Most part of the hotel, including convenient store, was closed. Rooms are extremely small. Hotel was nearly empty, but front desk insisted that we must stay at room next to elevator as that was the room that was assigned to us and they can not make room changes.
Rooftop has no e view and great place to watch sunrise. However, no amenities
Wifi is poor and limited to your room. No wifi in common areas.
Bar is desperate. Located in a corner, so that the hotel can say that they have a bar.
Overall design is poor. Not sure why they didn't design the prop9better to take a better advantage of the views that are possible.
Will never return to this place and I know remember why I don't typically stay at...

The property is new so the condition of the room was excellent. Bed was super comfortable and the balcony area was well sheltered so that we could enjoy drinks and meals even in the winter. The ocean view rooms are well worth the higher costs as the sunrise from the room was spectacular. It is a good half hour drive from central Gyeongju so it’s not the best base for Gyeongju sightseeing but the small Gampo-eup town is a few kilometers away for most...
