Lobby staff adequate. But so many problems with the hotel. I stayed here 5 nights because I have spent so many day and nights in Seoul during transits, and thought it might be a nice change. Re-thinking my strategy now.||||This part of Incheon (Songdo) is old, shabby, dilapidated, dirty. Many restaurants nearby but difficult for westerners to navigate. Most are seafood. There is a pub just outside the hotel parking lot where you can get pizzas and spicy chicken if you tire of Korean food. ||||Two nights I didn't have hot water. Tried to call the lobby but the phone didn't work. Tried using the house phone by the elevator - it didn't work. Went to the lobby and informed them of both problems, when to dinner, came back and hot water was on/fixed. Second time it happened, I again had to walk down to the lobby to inform them. And when I inquired about my phone still not working I was informed (by the front desk clerk while pointing at a phone), "Yes, phones don't work." That was it. Hot water was again available when I returned from dinner.||||The only bright spots about the hotel were the very responsive and kind housekeeping staff and the excellent view to the west in the evenings. ||||Of note, the website claims this hotel has room amenities, but the front desk has a sign that you must purchase toothbrush, toothpaste and razors. The website at hotels.com also claims there is a safe in the room - there isn't.||||(A word to the wise for situations where you do not have a room safe: 1. Call the front desk and have the room cleaned while you are in it; and, 2. Always pack a small combination cable lock to carry with you when you travel so when you leave your room you can lock your suitcase and cable it to a piece...

My choice to stay at this hotel was influenced by an early morning flight and the ability to utilize my Chase Ultimate Reward points, which amounted to approximately $99 per night.
Given Ramada's reputation as a reputable brand and the promising photos on Google, I believed it to be a secure option. However, upon arrival, it became evident that the hotel had retained its original appearance from the 1970s or 1980s, with no recent renovations. While the hotel was generally clean and comfortable, it undeniably bore the marks of time.
Furthermore, it's worth noting that the hotel is not situated on the same island as the airport. Consequently, travelers must still cross the Incheon Bridge, resulting in a 30-minute commute between the hotel and the airport. If I were to book accommodations for a similar purpose in the future, I would opt for a hotel on Yeongjong-do (island), despite the potentially higher cost.
Because I was traveling with my parents and requested a room with two beds, the hotel obliged. However, the beds provided were disappointingly small. I had anticipated a queen-sized bed and a twin-sized bed, but instead, we received one twin-sized bed and one single-sized bed. This arrangement led to my parents needing to be cautious not to encroach upon each other's...
Read moreFor a Ramada hotel I found this below average. The rooms are nothing special, they are clean enough and they have what you require. The windows are dirty, you can't get a good view. I think this hotel needs a refurbishment. Parking is difficult as there are few spaces, it gets busy. Restuarant is not for the international traveller, most choice, obviously Korean. Breakfast was average, catering for South Korea people rather than European| Fried egg was the choice. For a good chef even an omelette would make a difference.| They have a Nescafe bar where you can get a decent coffee although the staff were less than pleasant at times. There are plenty bars and restaurants in the locality but again struggled with language issues. I appreciate this is my issue. The Korean people are very nice and respectful and this is what I like about South Korea.|The reception staff were pleasant and English speaking and fixed out my transfer to the airport ( very busy airport). My honest opinion the rooms need refurbished, you need to make your international guests feel important, not special, just important. If I have a choice in the future would try somewhere else....
