Riviera Verium Hotel — Hotel in Incheon

Convenient airport hotel a short Uber/taxi ride from the airport. Not too many amenities but a comfortable bed and a peaceful view of a fairly quiet waterfront area, primed for luxury waterfront apartments. :) The counter of the room was a little dirty and could have used a cleaning, I think there was some splattered chili or kimchi remaining from the previous guest. There does appear to be a water leak as well in the bathroom. Air con worked fine and of course, fast internet. I was very disappointed in this hotel. The price was very expensive but on arrival there was a banner advertising a delivery QR code upstairs in room for food delivery, it was there. I found a foul smell and the fridge was causing it hidden in a wooden cupboard, wood and water doesn't mix well, the fridge was leaking water which rots the wood. I found a live cockcroach and cockcroach droppings around the fridge inside the Cupboard so it either gets in the fridge or eats the food crumbs outside it. I slept badly because I felt every movement, sound or feeling was a cockcroach on me...

Location of the hotel is good and also the view of sea if you get front facing room. Front desk is not so helpful. Many grocery series, stopper market and sea view park is nearby. Though TV in my room was not working and even after complain out was not repaired. Kettle was there but no tea or coffee was made available. Bottled Water in the fridge was not available and was given after multiple calls to the reception. Food was okay but not good verities in cuisine. Maintenance of bathroom is poor.
