Next to the temple attraction which was awesome||Nicely renovated and modern rooms at this hotel ||Kids club was really cool but didn't open until 2pm and closed at 8pmish approx - this is not cool!||Spa - additional cost and I didn't use||Roof top with amazing views has so much potential but was unused. No chairs, no bar no nothing.||Breakfast - loved the fresh sashimi, coffee was terrible, dont recall tea options, a few fresh fruits options, some pastries, couple of cereals, eggs on request or scrambled in self serve, lots of Korean condiments. Everything was topped up regularly and nice and clean but I honestly didn't love it. Not bad but not great either.||||Room - mountain view room was just the back of the hotel that looked onto a bunch of trees on a small hill above the driveway. A total let down if you are expecting a beautiful mountain view.||Towels smelt horrible like bleach. A couple had holes in them and shouldn't be used for guests in a place like this.||Pillows were very high. Beds comfy.||Drain grates really smelled (plumbing) so we kept bathroom door closed and put wet towels over them.||Housekeeping refused more than 2 bottles of water even though we booked a double room for 2 adults and kids||Our booking came with free breakfast for two adults. Kids under 5 and over 2 are 13$usd approx. price is higher for kids over 5yrs from memory. This is a strange set up. ||||Overall a nice hotel but I wouldn't stay here again. ||||Staff don't smile here. Thy could try to be a bit more friendly which is such a nice exchange when you enter a hotel / are travelling. It felt a bit cold and sterile. This is just my opinion based on 3/4 nights here and I travel a fair bit...
Read moreThe hotel is ideally situated in Yangyang, next to the Naskansa Temple. Once you go to the beachfront, it is impossible to miss it. They offer free parking and you are at walking distance from the beach and promenade with lots of (mostly fish) restaurants.||The staff is extremely friendly and tries their best in English.||We were upgraded to a family room with sea view, and the room is great. Very pleasant and sober (in contrast with some other Korean places where the colors scream at you), extremely comfortable beds and all amenities that you need. The family rooms also come with both a large bathtub and a shower (the standard rooms only feature a shower). ||Everything was fine, just one thing to take into account is that the restaurant of the hotel does not offer dinner in winter, so you are obliged to eat outside at that time. ||As for the matter of privacy, it is true that people from the parking can look right into the rooms, but there are curtains that you can close if this...
