Hotel la Mozaira — Hotel in Alboraia / Alboraya

Our stay at Hotel La Mozaira was wonderful overall. The hotel itself is impeccably clean and our room was spacious and comfortable. The service at the front desk was great; the staff was always helpful and attentive, making us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay.

However, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. The hotel's location is a bit remote, which might be inconvenient for some, but it's not a major issue if you have a car.

One of the main drawbacks was the breakfast. While it was delicious, it was quite plain and repetitive, with the same offerings every morning. Given the lack of nearby alternatives for breakfast, this aspect of our stay was a bit disappointing.

The restaurant service also fell short of expectations. Communication was challenging due to the staff's limited English, and the service was quite slow. Although the food was very tasty, the menu offered limited variety, which may be an issue for longer stays.

Despite these minor issues, we had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again, especially if improvements are made to the breakfast and restaurant services. The overall ambiance, cleanliness, and helpful staff make Hotel La Mozaira a good choice for a stay...

Thus is in many ways a beautiful and well equipped hotel, and on the face ticks all the boxes. it is around 2Km inland (ignore the tripadvisor notation of being beachfront when you click on the map) and the final road is not for the faint hearted due to no verges and substantial ditches. ||The rooms are beautiful, and the bed comfortable. I was surprised by the lack of tea coffee making facilities, and although told staff are happy to make for you, they are not present 24hrs, and sometiimes it is good to have it as you like it. ||The web site tells of great cycling, I brought my bike, but didn't use it as the roads were decidedly dangerous. ||Food in the restaurant was excellent, both for dinner and breakfast. I was annoyed that the gardening contractors were strimming with a noisy strimmer during breakfast, which certainly did nothing for tranquility. The pool is a good size and in good shape.The staff are wonderful and helpful beyond the norm, although the owner was aloof and uncommunicative.||I would possibly have given this a four, but rated it a three as is borderline, and sitting smugly on ...

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo posto incantato dal 09 agosto al 12 agosto e vi assicuro che mi sono pentito di aver prenotato altri alberghi in altre città dopo questa data. Se mi fosse stato consentito avrei annullato tutto e sarei rimasto qui.||Nel giudizio voglio partire da quello che è stata la mia prima impressione quando sono arrivato: sconfortato!||Il primo impatto per chi arriva a La Mozaira non è molto piacevole. La Mozaira è una cattedrale nel deserto, nel senso che è stata costruita (anzi magistralmente ristrutturata e arredata dalla moglie del proprietario) in una località poco fuori Valencia e in una zona rurale, con tutti i difetti ed i pregi di questa scelta. Infatti, intorno ci sono campi coltivati e odori di concime non proprio piacevoli e, cosa anch'essa negativa, delle fastidiosissime piccole mosche (avete presente le così dette 'cavalline'?).||Detto questo passiamo agli aspetti positivi:||La Mozaira è stata ristrutturata e arredata davvero senza badare a spese, la proprietaria, moglie di Peppe, ha avuto la capacità di saper ricreare un sapore antico curato in ogni dettaglio, dal nome delle stanze ai ricami su ogni elemento di stoffa federe, tovagliato (rigorosamente di lino), asciugamani etc etc. La qualità dei materiali, il sapiente accostamento dei colori, la piscina, le stanze comuni (salotto, hall), tutto curato con cura e classe. Ho avuto difficoltà a credere che fosse stato realizzato da un "non professionista".||Per quanto riguarda il servizio: nulla da dire, ogni richiesta è stata ampiamente soddisfatta senza alcuna sbavatura.||Il personale della reception è allegro, amichevole e disponibile.||In piscina (comoda) regna la pace assoluta e le attrezzature sono di prima qualità, lettini da arredo giardino corredati di cuscini molto comodi e doccia.||L'albergo (mi viene difficile chiamarlo così tanto è familiare) ha un comodissimo parcheggio attaccato all'ingresso.||||Veniamo ora alla cucina:||Roba da non credere!! Pensavo di essere alla Pergola da Heinz Beck, un cucina ricercata, un fusion tra tradizione e contemporaneità, una qualità eccelsa. Anche in questo caso ho avuto la sensazione che una cucina del genere fosse sproporzionata rispetto alla località dove è situata (ma adattissima all'albergo).||In verità credo che tutto sia legato ai proprietari di questo posto, che amano il loro lavoro e lo fanno con passione e dedizione. ||Ecco dove non potrà mai arrivare la grande industria alberghiera, a mettere la passione e la cura del dettaglio che si trova in questo posto, una cattedrale nel deserto dicevamo .....||||Un caro saluto a Beppe, a sua moglie e le ragazze della reception.||||PS.
