Arcos Gardens Sol Rent Golf — Hotel in Arcos de la Frontera

Our family rented Villa 37 for a 10-night stay in April 2023. Our group consisted of 3 adult couples, no children. The villa was wonderful and perfect for our family. It was in excellent condition (appears to have been built about 10-15 years ago and has been well maintained). The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, cooking gear and drinkware. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were nice and the water pressure was outstanding. Views of the golf course, the village of Arcos de la Frontera, and the surrounding countryside were fantastic - especially the sunsets from the back patio! The price was quite reasonable, making for a great value for our money. Location is a few km outside of Arcos, but there is easy access into town to stock up at a local supermarket. And more generally, this is a great central location to explore an interesting region - you can make easy day trips to Seville, Cadiz, Jerez, Gibraltar, Ronda, and the nearby Parque Natural Sierra de Grazalema.

Maybe even more importantly, the service and hospitality here are outstanding. Nuria and Laura in the leasing office both went far out of their way to make our stay great and exceed all expectations. They are friendly and wonderful at their jobs. They communicated well in advance of our stay. They provided tons of helpful information on local restaurants and attractions. Laura even jumped right in to suggest a doctor for one of our party who had a minor medical issue arise and call ahead to the doctor's office to let them know we were coming.

If I'm nit-picking, I would say that the villa's kitchen was on the small side for 6 of us when we were cooking, getting drinks, etc., and the shower stall in the primary bathroom is way too small. But if those are the worst things you can say about a rental property, that's pretty good!

This was our second visit to Arcos Gardens Sol Rent Golf. Last year (March 2022) we had rented a one-bedroom condo for a few days. Our stay then was so nice that we wanted to return as quickly as we could with more of our family.

Arcos Gardens Golf resort is the best place to stay!!!

We have stayed there three times now and on this recent visit, they helped accommodate over 70 guests for our wedding in Arcos De La Frontera. We are from London so were fearful about how we would organise accommodation for our wedding guests but Laura and Nuria made it all possible. Their attention to detail, their calmness and politeness, their organisation, they truly made everything possible and ensured our wedding guest were well taken care of. We couldn’t have successfully executed our wedding without them.

Once again we had an extremely pleasant, quiet and enjoyable stay at Arcos Golf Gardens. For the second year in a row we were here for a long period and have little to complain about this beautiful facility!

But still two pieces of advice.

Firstly, have the security at the entrance gate checked better and/or more efficiently by for example giving the guests a recognizable pass; now everyone can get past the security by waving to the security-guard in the office.

And, a second point is that the furniture (for example in the garden) needs to be renewed. Furthermore, we would like to come back next year!
