A Gem of a Stay at Casas Azano, La Palma

My recent stay at Casas Azano on La Palma was nothing short of fantastic. The apartment was spacious and beautifully appointed, offering all the comforts one could wish for on a vacation. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from the apartment, which could also be enjoyed from the large terrace—an ideal spot for morning coffees or evening relaxation.

The beds in the apartment were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after days spent exploring the island. Additionally, the shower was excellent, with good pressure and hot water availability, which was a blessing. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, with every area well-maintained and tidy, adding to the overall comfort of our stay.

The people at Casas Azano were friendly and very helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs we had. Their hospitality made us feel welcome and greatly enhanced our experience.

Wonderful location and excellent views of the brand new volcano Tajogaite. We had the chance to spend 1 week in La Palma in Casas Azano, and the experience was unforgetable for us and for our three children (7, 5 and 3 years old). Great hosts taking care of everything we needed. Very accesible by car, and well connected with the beach, the trailwalks and the route of the volcanos. Ons verblijf in Villa Azano op La Palma was geweldig! We werden warm onthaald door de eigenaren, die, ondanks dat ze nauwelijks Engels spreken, met behulp van Google Translate en hun vriendelijke houding zorgden dat we ons direct thuis voelden. Het appartement is brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, inclusief snel WiFi. De bedden zijn comfortabel, en het terras biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de stad Los Llanos en de nieuwe vulkaan Tajogaite – echt indrukwekkend, vooral bij zonsondergang.

Een auto is zeker aan te raden om gemakkelijk naar het centrum te rijden en het eiland verder te verkennen. La Palma biedt volop natuurschoon en rust, en een paar basiswoorden Spaans kunnen goed van pas komen, aangezien er op het eiland nauwelijks Engels wordt gesproken.
