Apartamento El mirador de Bermuda Beach — Hotel in Estepona

We travelled from London, UK to Marbella, Spain for, originally 3 days with 7 family members, all of whom I disclosed the names, age and e-mail addresses of on the booking.

We informed the owner that we will arriving between 12-3am. After we had already booked and when merely hours before we arrived, We received a call saying that we would have to pay an extra 65 pounds for the late arrival. We agreed. We were given the number of someone called, 'Eder' who was supposed to hand over the keys to us.

we told Eder, that we will arrive in 2 minutes, and this was at 2:20am. We arrived, everything seemed fine. The property was perfect.

4 of my family members wanted to travel ahead to another city for 2 days, for which reason I had to extend for another 2 days. I had requested for an extension, which was approved, but then realised that I wouldn't have enough money for the amount of money now being asked for the extension. I then requested to go back to the original check-out date, which was declined. I was told that I could remain at the property for the extension for the flat-price that I was offered previously. I agreed. I was told that I would refunded the 250 Euros that I was being charged for the extension.

On the last day, I called Nadia to inform her that I was leaving, however, the person on the other end of the call said that they were informed by Eder that we were actually 11 people, instead of 7, which completely baffles me. I asked the owner to check CCTV cameras to confirm how many people there are and also asked them to ask Eder for why he had said such a thing, whereas 4 of my family members weren't even at the property for two days of the stay. I was given no response. Overall, I am appalled at the attempts made to dupe me of the money via lame excuses. I would've understood, however, this behaviour has remained constant since the time I tried to make and then retract an extension. Szép és igényes szálláshely. A kilátás tengerre néző. Autóval vagy busszal megközelíthető Estepona könnyen. A közvetlen partszakasz a szállas előtt jellemzően inkább kavicsos, érdemes valamelyik irányba el sétálni ha fürdeni szeretnénk. Egyetlen szépséghibája 1 dolog, ami nem a szállas hibaja.
