Roi Et Thai — Restaurant in Estepona

I recently dined at Roi Et Thai restaurant and was thoroughly impressed with the food and the atmosphere. We order Thom Ka soup to start with and it was great. Phad King was very rich taste and was super good. Pad Thai was very good as well. The flavors in the dishes were bold and authentic, and the ingredients were fresh and well-prepared.

On top of that the service was very good and friendly as well. Very glad that I found this place, no doubts we will come back more often.

It was very quiet when we arrived around 9pm on a Wednesday evening in late September. The food is the main event, the Thai salad as authentic as I've tasted in Thailand and the stuffed rolls we had as a starter (Pho phia shod) were absolutely fresh tasting and delicious.

The main course was a tofu Thai green curry and langostino noodles dish (no 34 Kihimao). Both tasted really authentic and also delicious. The wine we had was a Spanish Sauvingon blanc which was faultless.

We've just moved to Estepona and, as an avid lover of Asian food - most particularly Thai, we spotted Roi Et on a Sunday lunch-time and stopped for a snack. We fell in love with the owners who are clearly passionate about their cuisine. The food was completely authentic and very fresh. Before leaving, we booked for dinner that same evening - every dish was excellent in colour, texture, taste and authenticity.
