Hotel Sulayr Sierra Nevada — Hotel in Güéjar Sierra

Beggars can’t be choices i book last minute in high season and every was full or out of my budget. The hotel could only offer a treble room but of a small discount as a signal occupation but was not told the room was out the back in what they called a cottage. The room very nice until they central heating but not working but in the bedroom only air con heating which dose not give a good heat and floor are ice cold and the bathroom has a small portable electric fan heater portable type even throw thiet radiators. The hot water take 5 minutes to come throw not impressed , beds very commutable but-not kettle and no bottle water . If you want you have cross the yard not-far but it wintwrn its cold-plus you then have-to pay. Breakfast buffet not the best but ok but for scrambled egg sitting to long, evening in the restaurant which not best but what i decide ok but...

This is our first time staying at our hotel outside of Sierra Nevada centre and wow what a good find. Only 10 mins drive to the ski resort this hotel has newly decorated rooms, comfy beds and new bathrooms. We stayed in a two bedroom family room great for us and our three young children. The rooms are warm and very clean. |Breakfast is a buffet with breads and jams, yogurt,cereal, ham and cheese with tea and coffee all you need before a good days skiing.|Downstairs the restaurant serves a lovely dinner from 8pm.|There is also a communal lounge with board games and sofas.|We like the ease and price of this hotel we’ve extended our stay for two more nights and the staff couldn’t be anymore helpful!|Only downside rooms can be a little noisy as corridor has wooden floors and no hairdryer so...

. Fabulous value for money . 10 minutes drive to the ski resort . Brilliant and very tasty food . Very nice and professional staff . Lovely bar and dinning area . Very clean and comfy rooms. . Nice bathrooms and showers

We managed to get a room as all of the hotels/ hostels in the ski resort were either fully booked or over €300 for the night. We went for the €106 a night bed, breakfast and evening meal for two people and what we got was outstanding. We could of had a three course meal for dinner but just opted for a large pasta dish each which was very nice. Our lovely waitress selected us a beautiful red to go with the meal. We then had a few of their massive gin and tonics as a night cap.

I would not hesitate to stay here...
