Customer service was awfully slow. Spent 30 minutes handling the payment for “tourist tax” and getting the code. Payment link not working properly. Bugging out - not accepting payments. Code for the door is not working properly, had to call and waste so much of my time to get the code and they were not willing to give it before paying the tourist tax even though as explained to them I will pay it as soon as I get it and get connected to the wifi. They didn’t want to let me in before paying for the tax so I had to stand in the cold weather and be on a lookout for someone not approaching me with all my stuff and wallet pulled out. Location: straight up hood. Dare to say walking out during the night will a 100% be a bad decision. Did the research and the location of it last year had 1760 attempted assults, sexual attempts and thefts.

I stayed with my family at Olala homes Apartamento Vallecas in Madrid. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood close to a train station that allows easy and quick access to the center of Madrid. The apartment is spacious and optimally divided - allowing privacy and space for children and parents. It was very clean, well maintained, and the building was quiet and safe. There was a lift and a working air conditioning unit - which was essential as it was hot in August! Olala homes responded to every question I had during the stay. Highly recommended...

Convenient location, no lifts in the building, apartment was good size and decent with balcony. Remote access via the lock which was easy check in and check out. Air conditioning was good. Neighbours were throwing rubbish from upstairs. Constant noise, complained a few time to...
