Habitat Apartments Blanca — Hotel in Barcelona

Negative points: -I was all the time super stressed about my deposit as they have many rules for why you could lose it, for ex: •not taking out the trash •being loud •smoking , etc -when we came to the apartment it already had this bad smell of cigarettes -We had loud neighbors that had parties and walls are very thin you can literally hear a neighbour snoring, what to say about partying -no free parking -one of the rooms super cold with no separate heating, there was additional duvet in wardrobe, but it was dirty they charge you 10€ for each hour of being late, keep in mind to call at least hour before and don’t text through whatsapp and booking cause that apparently doesn’t count as notice Positive points: +logistic of apartment is good, walkable distance to metros +in general apartment is bright and nice +supermarket and bakery is near +underground parking lot is just few steps away...

Plus...nice spacious apartment with balcony and full working kitchen with washing machine and dryer. They gave us a starter kit with tea bags, coffee, little bottles of olive oil and vinegar. There are many small supermarkets to but stuff . Telepizza just across. The metro La Ulalia just 5 minutes walk. Camp nou 20 minute walk. Minus....2 bedroom unit also has 1 small toilet. At the checkin horrible eggy smell was there throughout the apartment so not too happy with the...

L'appartamento blanca 4 non vale assolutamente il prezzo pagato. In generale non è male. Le camere sono belle, ma il bagno è piccolissimo. L'appartamento era sporchissimo (schizzi di vomito nel water e la doccia intasata). L'aria condizionata non funzionava nei giorni più caldi, poi è stata riparata. All'entrata il pavimento è rovinato, e anche nel bagno. Il muro bianco è molto sporco, ci sono impronte di scarpe. Basterebbe una bella imbiancata. Mancava il cuscino per la 5 persona che dormiva nel divano letto (poi ce l'hanno portato) e il tavolo da pranzo era da 4 (non da 6 come scritto nel sito). Nonostante tutto questo, abbiamo apprezzato molto gli accessori: ferro da stiro, aspirapolvere, lavatrice, microoonde, lavastoviglie, phon, scopa ( anche questa piena di polvere). Check out concordato per le ore 10, abbiamo aspettato 1 ora, li abbiamo contattati e ci hanno detto che sarebbe arivato qualcuno entro 10 minuti, ma non si è mai presentato nessuno (in totale abbiamo aspettato per più di 2 ore...e se avessimo dovuto prendere l'aereo nel pomeriggio anzichè la sera?). Non è stato per niente un bel comportamento, ci dovrebbe essere maggiore coordinazione e controllo sui rappresentanti inviati dall'agenzia. Il personale di habitat apartment è stato gentile e abbiamo potuto depositare i bagagli da loro prima di andare all'aereoporto, ma questo non è...
