Serennia Fira Gran Via Exclusive Rooms — Hotel in l'Hospitalet de Llobregat

In all honesty, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff was fine and the only thing that saved this experience is that we were allowed to leave our bags free of charge after the check-out. However the room was absolutely terrible. We get to the hotel late at night and extremely tired so we went to sleep right away and its the only reason why we didn’t request a room change or refund. The bed sheets had holes and multiple stains in them. The whole floor was covered in dust and hairs. The shower was filthy and the two times I showered there I had to do it with cold water because the hot water ran out. The sink was broken, the shower was in a really bad state and, again, very dirty. Even the shampoo and body gel dispensers were broken and the labels so faded they looked like antiques. There were hairs on the toilet when we went to use it first thing in the morning and there was no toilet brush for us to be able to clean it after using it. This was the most expensive hotel we’ve stayed in (300€ for 2 nights) which is very ironic because it was also the smallest and dirtiest. The walls of the room are so bad, you can hear the people next room breathing. Every step, every caught, everything you can hear all the time.

The door of the room moves and make noises when others are going around or when the main hotel door getting opened because the general built quality is so bad.

The bed is very bad, it's very short, not even near 2meters.

The reception people are friendly, service was ok.

The location is far from the grid, and you have to walk a few minutes to rech the metro.

All in all, I'll never book this hotel again, but the price was ok. But you can get...

We were very happy with this choice of accomodation for our trip to Barcelona. The receptionist was very friendly and the room was clean and bed extremely comfortable. Very expensive, but that is likely as there was a concert on. Downside was it was easy to hear the loud people in the neighbouring room but they were quiet after midnight, so we were fine.
