I stayed here one night as a pilgrim. I was suffering from severe Sciatica and could barely walk any further. Positives, Owner/ Mgr. very excellent he dried all my clothes as they were all soaking wet and cold and didnt charge me! He also gave me ice bag for my sciatica. But here's where it gets weird! I noticed I was the only Camino Hiker ! everybody there was LIVING! there. The men were walking around like Zombies all! Night! and the place WREAKED of cigarette smoke! I am certain they were doing drugs, Smoking Crack! whatever! I woke at 5am and got the Hell! out of there. Read moreStayed as pilgrims walking the Camino. This was hands down the most modern, clean, and inviting alburgue we have stayed at so far. The space and facilities are wonderful with every detail designed with the pilgrim in mind. Equipped kitchen, lounge area, individual bathrooms, laundry, lockers, WiFi, coffee/vending machines etc all available. Host is welcoming and helpful. Read moreJust what you need, good beds, good bathrooms, a small kitchen for a small cooking. I was very well received even I had to arrive at 11 pm! Toilets are great although we were just 8 people, I just saw 3 bathrooms, can’t imagine what it would be like to have 30 people. Beds are incredibly good, no sheets so sleeping bag is needed and lockers are immense! Comfortable and clean at the entrance to León when you come by El Camino de Santiago!
