Finca el Patio — Hotel in Manacor

This property on Air BnB advertise prices, but once you have booked, suddenly all the hidden costs appears. In our case we have been talking to the landlord for a months about the property and event we were planning to do it there, and any additional costs was never flagged. Then at the end of May, Landlord came in with additional costs (Safety Deposit and Event Fee), that we need to pay before June 1st, and refused include those costs to Air BnB bill but instead sent his own invoice. Once we have found out about the costs, we have had a lengthy negotiations until the landlord disappeared. In that case, I thought he had agreed on terms, but then one month later, mid July he appeared again, demanding for the Deposit and Event Fee to be paid or our booking will be cancelled. We have tried to negotiate again, but after couple of jokey messages (we aren't finding it funny when now we have only month to accommodate all our guests), he cancelled our booking. I would not recommend it...

I've stayed here several times and I always feel very much at home! The finca is absolutely stunning, with tasteful, clean, modern amenities and an amazing view! There's plenty of space to relax around the spacious big pool and the beautiful property! They also recently built a lovely seminar/ yoga house that would be great for events and yoga retreats! The finca has a great location, as it gives you the feeling of being immersed in the Mallorca countryside (very peaceful and serene!) but is also very close to the next town and beaches, making it very easy to explore the island! The hosts Christiane and Thomas are also really welcoming and friendly, giving you great suggestions on what to do on the island, and put in a lot of effort to make your stay the best it can be!
