Los Nogales — Hotel in Noja

The hotel was booked for 2 nights through a well known booking site but was completely misrepresented in the pictures on the site. We should have been suspicious as the terrace and bar in the pictures of the hotel are in reality boarded up.||Check in was pleasant enough but the room had a terrible smell and the air con was not working so the room was extremely hot. The bathroom had a dirty shower curtain. While not the fault of the hotel, opening the window was not an option due to the noise outside. The furniture and beds were dated but the major issue was the smell in the room.||We contacted reception to inform them that we would stay one night but would be leaving in the morning. This seemed to be no problem but in the morning the hotel insisted that the full cost of the booking needed to be paid. After a significant discussion they removed the cost of the breakfast for the second night but required the room cost to be paid.||My only suggestion is to avoid this hotel at all costs. Para empezar las instalaciones: decepcionantes, parecía un Hotel de 10 € la noche. Llevo viniendo tres años, y es la primera vez que salgo tan decepcionada. En el primer piso el calor es soportable, en el segundo se lleva dandote duchas eso por supuesto, y en el tercero no hay quien esté ni duchas ni ventana ni nada, es un completo cocedero. Seguimos con las habitaciones: peor que un decorado de cuéntame, la cama malísima, el baño, hecho para personas pequeñitas, la ducha inexistente, ya que no salía nada de agua y la presión en fin, la limpieza de las habitaciones inexistente, o sea, la chica limpiaba cuando le daba la gana y hacía las camas cuando le daba la gana, no te daban más que un gel nada más llegar y y el papel, porque bajamos nosotros a pedirlo. Eso si si pretendes dormir, no es el Hotel más adecuado para coger, ya que por mucho que cierra las persianas y las “doble ventana”, se oye todo igual y si las cierras te cueces. En conclusión , después de tres años que llevo viniendo, es el peor de todos y cada año ha ido a peor, el primer día dije que no salía nada de presión del grifo de la ducha y me dijeron que sí que lo iban a mirar, y resulta que no han mirado nada, después ellos te proporcionan un ventilador cutrillo y te venden la moto de que tiene aire acondicionado y eso es mentira relativamente, haberlo hay, lo que pasa es que tienes que pagar por cada día que le quieras dar. Seguimos con que ellos tenían una oferta de agosto de q Si pasabas cinco noches o mas te regalaban los desayunos, por lo que yo estado de lunes a domingo y claro si eso pone de oferta me da igual la página lo tienes que dar a todo el mundo que pase cinco o más noches pues resulta que el chico que está por las noches vigilando, nos dijo que sí que entraba (esto ya al tercer o cuarto día nos enteramos porque me dió por mirarlo) y resulta que cuando hoy nos hemos ido para nuestra ciudad, nos dice el chico de por las mañanas que tenemos que abonar 30 € a mayores por los desayunos y nos dice que no que nosotros como lo hemos cogido por Booking que no nos entra esa oferta, entonces nos quedamos con cara de tontos, ya que nos dijeron que sí y ahora es que no y eso si el desayuno dice que es bufet, pero de buffet tiene más Mi casa, te cobran 7,5€ por persona y te dan tres bollos cutres, un café más malo que un café aguado y el del Burger King a su lado es oro, dos frutas, pasadas y unas tostadas, las cuales tenías que hacer en una plancha de filetes. The staff were lovely and helpful. Although no English was spoken we managed through the odd words and google translate. The room was basic and not worth the money. The bathroom smelt of sewage constantly and was disgusting and the room was extremely hot and we managed to get the air con put on but for an extra 8 euros per night! Also the room faced the main road and was extremely loud until about 4am so it was impossible to sleep.||Good location, just a short walk to the beach and the supermarket is next door. We didn't use the pool but it is smaller than it looks in the photos, it looked clean enough but it is located at the back of the car park behind the hotel.||Definitely wouldn't...
