Hotel Magic Games 4 — Hotel in Orpesa / Oropesa del Mar

When we arrived we thought the worst as the reviews are very poor.

If you are expecting 5 stars in dubai for the cheap price of this holiday you are crazy.

This is the perfect place for kids and adults. We upgraded to ultra and honestly haven't spent another penny. You don't need to though. The restaurant is great unless your fussy.

Apparently the staff are very ignorant to the Brittish....absolutely false if you take two seconds to open Google translate they absolutely love you and treat you with so much respect. Remember we are in Spain they are not obligated to speak our language.

I found the food good

The water park lots of fun

The games zone lots of fun if you like games.

Took a walk down to the magic sports for a few hours also great and lots more to do.

I read the photos aren't as it seems online? Absolutely false it was the first thing I said when I walked in was this is exactly what I saw online and better.

Rooms emaculate cleaning ladies all lovely and very attentive.

Read also the receptionists are rude? Absolutely not like iv said if you take two seconds to open Google translate it's such a help to them and they appreciate it so much. All the ladies at reception were lovely and kind. My daughter hurt her hand and they ran for ice and gave us all the instructions we needed to properly care for her hand. It's fine just bruised a little.

The bar staff are legends to be honest. So attentive very busy but always give you time.

We had a lovely holiday couldn't be happier. The reviews that are negative are people who expect to much. We were 500 from Scotland for a week and we more than got our moneys worth.

Would highly recommend especially for the kids it's great.

Oh another fun review the Brittish were kicked off sun beds for Spanish? Plenty and I mean plenty of sun beds.

Entertainment is alright usual Spannish show that you get on all Spain holidays.

Random peacock that just casually strolls about the place is quite funny.

The holiday has been a blast. Lovely we cafe attached to the hotel where you get complimentary crisps and nuts and so on. Sarnies all day pastries and ice cream all included.

Complimentary mini bar re stocked every day but only what you've put in the bin. Don't do the suitcase thing I tried it and they didn't re stock haha. Got to chance it though.

Proper drinks none of your false alcohol all the ones we get back home Gordon's gin smirnoff so on so on.

Joseph and mohamed in the restaurant are amazing always bringing you drinks and and making sure your OK. They are in the premium part of the restaurant we managed to get in a few times and they treated us wonderfully.

Abde whatever you need he will get you in a heartbeat. Thanks Brother.

Only gripe is a lovely young lady lost her job while I was here. No idea why not my business but they have lost a great and hard working member of the team.

All the staff are amazing especially Yassin, lorena, mirka and Noelia they are lovely people.

My Daughter is 12 and she's had a great time.

Don't come with over expectations and you will love it.

Games 4 Hotel in Oropesa del Mar from April 20th to 26th, 2025. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a very kind gentleman at the check-in desk. Although he did not speak English, we managed to understand each other and he made us feel comfortable. The next morning, we met Juanjo at the reception — a very young, energetic, and knowledgeable man. He gave us fantastic tips on how to make the most of our stay. Thank you, Juanjo, for your enthusiasm and help! He even assisted us in renting bikes, which turned out to be a wonderful experience. However, when we returned the bikes later that day, we encountered Marco and two young ladies with black hair at the desk. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely unpleasant. They were rude and kept insisting that we "had to pay to charge the e-bikes," even though I never made any complaint or asked for anything free. Their attitude was unacceptable and very disappointing, especially for a hotel that otherwise tries to offer good service. To the hotel management: please reconsider who you have working at your reception desk. Staff like Marco and the two young ladies can seriously damage your guests’ experiences and your reputation. That said, I refused to let this negativity ruin my holiday with my daughter. Moving on to a truly wonderful part of our stay: Rizki at the buffet. He was absolutely amazing! Every meal we had was made even more special because of him. Rizki went above and beyond to take care of all the guests, showing professionalism, kindness, and genuine care towards both adults and children. My daughter adored him, and thanks to Rizki, we will always have fond memories of this vacation. Thank you, Rizki — you are the heart...

Arrived back this week after a week at the magic games hotel. Enjoyed the holiday but want to write an honest review. Hotel and rooms and restaurant were clean, with a good variety and choice of food. It was very quiet with many places shut but it was out of season so to be expected. After booking all inclusive we arrived to find that a lot of things weren't included unless you upgraded to 'ultra all inclusive'! Without this you can't get a drink or food at the magic sports hotel, book any of the speciality restaurants or use the theme park! We decided after speaking to many other guests not to upgrade as its expensive and only 2/5 speciality restaurants were open anyway! As for the theme park, I spoke to 4 different families who had gone and regretted every minute of it. Place was infested with mosquitos and people being bitten up all over their body. To the extent of families running out and children crying. Apparently it's right next to a swamp where local farmers pump their sewage! Nothing really to do at night, and no entertainment reps of games round the pool at all (at the magic games one anyway). Staff; to be honest came across as very ignorant. The waiters in the restaurant were helpful and polite, but reception staff and pool bar staff would just completely ignore you standing there whilst they are having a conversation with each other or other Spanish customers. Lastly. Used the hotel Internet ( which was shocking) which said connected but not secured.
