H La Cabaña — Hotel in Pozuelo de Alarcón

When my colleague booked this hotel for me, I was a bit skeptical about the quality of service in this relatively new hotel on the outskirts of Madrid, but the very moment of checking in, hotel staff won my heart. they give their maximum to make your stay comfortable. Not all the staff can speak English, however, they try their best to understand the guest's concerns. I enjoyed being here, Breakfast was super fantastic, Staff arranged vegetarian sandwiches and burgers for me which I really liked.Few good things- Basket full of toiletries with different flavors and variants, fresh grapes on welcome, chocolate box as welcome gift and also they gave it to me again while checking out , free mineral water bottles, even free Wine :) , cookies , practically you can say , free mini bar in the room. La posada está en una ubicación privilegiada por ser una zona residencial. La tranquilidad está asegurada. En cuanto a la limpieza fue excelente. Hemos estado en diferentes hoteles de la zona y no tiene nada que envidiar de ellos. Estuvimos dos noches y tuvimos sabanas y toallas limpias cada día. Sobre la estética del alojamiento contaros que las instalaciones son modernas y con una línea minimalista. Además, deciros que el encargado fue muy atento con nosotros y tuvo detalles que en otros sitios no se les habría ocurrido como darnos botellitas de agua para nuestro viaje gratuitamente o incluso ser él quien nos sirviera el desayuno. ¡No nos cabe duda!
