Liked it but room for improvement|| ||Liked · The room was spotlessly clean on arrival and when made up during my stay. Housekeeping staff were happy and friendly.||||There was a high-tech 'Do Not Disturb' facility on the room door and the whole interior of the room and communal areas décor/finish was modern. The property benefits from a lift, and stairways with underfloor lighting.||||I would describe the breakfast as a cross between a low class bistro and a greasy spoon café, but I got what I paid for. My advice would be to get there earlier rather than later in the serving period. I have no complaints for the price. So I will put it in the 'Like' column.||||Disliked · 1. No bedside cabinets. There was a stool available which I used for that purpose; then otherwise nowhere to sit except on the bed.||||2. Which leads to the bed - there were a load of electrics directly behind the pillows. These controlled the protruding mid-bed light,phone, a/c and TV. Understandable I suppose as nowhere else to sit but it all got in the way at night (especially the light). I accidentally hit it at least three times when turning over.||||3. The shower in itself was great but the sachets of shampoo and shower gel were exceptionally resistant to being opened. I had to try all of the available ones before managing to squeeze the contents out of approximately 1mm of opening. There must be so much wastage. Also there was nowhere apart from the floor to put toiletries.||||Stayed in: Single Room||1 night · February 2020|| Helpful...

I surely don't expect anything fancy from Hotel, if I only stay there for one night. But this is less than basic. The size of the room alone would still be okay, if the interior was chosen well and clever to use. But this tiny, dark chamber did not even have nightstands. The only hanger for your large towel is within the shower (somehow amusing, but surely not useful) - let alone that you don't now, where to put the other towels for two persons. And what about your hygiene necessaries? No place for that either.

Beds / mattresses are okay (a little bouncy, but firm enough).

Walls seem to be wafer-thin. Loud talking from the hallway and the restaurant below kept us awake till around midnight. And if you open the (totally darkened) windows to let in some natural light and fresh air, cigarette smoke from the bar below is all over.

Room and bathroom looked clean, but the chosen colors (danke gray wall) and missing daylight made it anything but friendly and welcoming.

Would not recommend. Price isn't justified - I have stayed at hostels providing...

Estuvimos mi pareja y yo por motivos de trabajo en este hotel durante un fin de semana (de viernes a domingo) la verdad que en lineas generales bien pero para muchos más días no. Muy céntrico y renovado edificio.||||Todo está muy limpio y cómodo pero si bien es cierto nos tocó la habitación 307 y solo teníamos para airearnos (a parte del aire acondicionado) una pequeña ventana con vistas a un patio de luz que por momentos salía mal olor.||Otro de los inconvenientes que notamos es lo reducida que son las habitaciones, por un lado no hay armarios, si bien un perchero donde colgar en una esquina, por otra parte las camas que son cómodas y limpias no tienen mesas de noche, es muy incomodo esa pequeñísima estantería sobre la cabeza para poner las cosas que apenas cabe el mando y poco más.||||En cuanto al baño de las habitaciones estaba bien cuidado y completo pero en nuestro caso era super incómodo ir al inhodoro porque estaba super pegado al lavabo. Cambian las toallas a diario, pero nosotros por tan pocos días le dijimos que no hacía falta.||El confor en general es muy bueno, poco ruido, cómodo, céntrico... si bien una de las noches oímos perfectamente como los huéspedes de la habitación de arriba hacían el amor con todo detalle, ¡hasta los suspiros oímos!||||Señalar que en las zonas comunes no hay baño, justo en la recepción preguntamos y un señor que atendía nos dijo que no había para los clientes. Tiene ascensor a todas las plantas. El solarium sencillo, nada llamativo. Dan la opción de desayunar también en él.||||Respecto al buffet es bastante pequeñito y la zona de mesas muy estrechas que si bien es cierto tiene lo justo y necesario para no quedarte con ganas de comer y se puede repetir cuantas veces quieras. Al entrar siempre preguntan el número de habitación. El restaurante bien y ordenado, los camareros atentos. ¡Ah! muy buen café para desayunar.||||En cuanto al atendimiento y precio he de señalar que la señora que nos atendió a la entrada muy amable, atenta y nos explicó todo con detalle, los otros días habían un hombre que la verdad era serio y poco amable, no tenía gracias y apenas hablaba, si bien nos guardó las maletas el último día hasta que fuimos a coger el barco sin suplemento.||||Señalar que la tarjeta de la habitación es totalmente puntual en desactivarse, las salidas son a las 12:00 y a las 12:02 minutos ya no pudimos entrar a recoger lo que nos faltaba, en recepción nos la activaron de nuevo para poder entrar a nuestra habitación, si tienen unos minutos de cortecía los dejaría activados también en la tarjeta.||Aunque está bien para unos días, cómodo, limpio, céntrico... nos pareció caro que cada noche con desayuno incluido cueste 70 euros para dos adultos, por la zona hay hoteles más económicos y con mejor calidad de servicios. Para una escapada rápida o de paso...
