location is great if you want to rest, it is very quiet and nothing around (shops, etc) which I loved it. You can sleep with the sound of waves (which are very loud btw) or just watch the lovely view from the balcony. You will definetly need a car, but be aware you will be driving up/down hill with sharp curves, the views are amazing though. No mobile internet signal in most places, so plan accordingly your arrival with the flat owner. Our flat contact didn't inform us about the lack of mobile signal so it was a nightmare to call them when we arrived, a kind resident helped us. We were just unlucky to pick this flat (507), as the service was the worst I've seem in a decade. The flat wifi wasn't working since our arrival and everyday they told us it would be fixed in the next day, we gave up and left the flat on the 5th day. This resort is a quiet escape. Just be aware that the only thing within reasonable walking distance is a beach shack. For everything else you'll need a car to drive to the nearest small town of San Andres. It's about a 10 minute drive but it's up and over a mountain. You couldn't walk it, especially not at night.

Hatte das Zimmer über booking gebucht und ich sollte auf einer Dritt-Anbieter Seite meine Kreditkartendaten für eine Kaution hinterlegen welche bei Abschluss der Buchung nie kommuniziert wurde. Dies lehnte ich ab. Der Betreiber schickte mir daraufhin Screenshots und einen link. Hier waren die Daten auch nicht transparent gekennzeichnet und die Kaution in einen unterreiter den man aufklappen musste beschrieben. Außerdem konnte der Schlüssel nicht in der Unterkunft abgeholt werden was einen Umweg von 1 Stunde bedeutet. Sich in der Unterkunft zu treffen wurde abgelehnt. Ich bat mehrfach um eine Stornierung und wurde erst nachdem ich ihm Screenshots auf denen keine Kaution ausgewiesen war an booking verwiesen.
