Posada El Iso Queveda — Hotel in Santillana del Mar

My daughter stayed here on a school trip. They accommodated a school party of 30 children due to the fact that their last hotel in the nearby town was a complete disaster. My daughter told me that this hotel was absolutely lovely. The swimming pool was lovely and had great facilities for teenage children unfortunately they didn’t eat here as they had to go back to the old hotel to eat as it had already been paid for. My daughter enjoyed her stay here so much but she said she would like us as a family to go there and experience what she did. She said that the rooms were nice and maybe a bit too small but apart from that very clean hotel. She explained it to me as it was like staying in someone’s home. I would like to say a big thank you to the owners for accommodating the school party at such short notice. Lovely...

Lovely host every thing was nice and clean my little boy had fun time seeing all farm animals every morning but i would not prefer it to stay more then 2 or 3 nights as there is nothing special to do they got pool but unheated so couldn't really use and wifi is very poor couldn't use it at all luckily i had net on my phone. Its more like staying at somebody house you could hear all their noises quite loud but didn't complain as host was nice lady but last thing that made me disappointed to see my bill as they charged me for little laundry €50 and laundry smelled very strange no detergent used it like she just dump it in dryer and all stains got hardened on my cloths long story short now im not able to get rid of them which made my check out bit strange other then that...

Hace dos meses que alojamos en esta posada, pero fuimos engañados. Nos dieron la habitación número 15 que no solamente era pequeña, si no, tampoco tenía ventanas. La única ventana que tenía era en el techo y al abrirlo, entraban mosquitos continuamente y resulta que no picaron en todo el cuerpo – un sufrimiento. En el baño tienen un jabón de manos utilizado, es decir la botella está usado de otros clientes anteriores – esto con la situación actual no deben de hacer. Luego el desayuno tampoco es boyante, es normal y corriente, te dan un trozo de bizcocho, donut, pan de molde con mermelada abierta, junto con zumo y café.||Lo del desayuno, no puedo quejar más, pero lo de habitación fue como si estuviéramos en una cárcel, quizás otras habitaciones tengan ventanas, pero el número 15 es como una cárcel. Pagar 90 euros la noche, esto es un engaño total. No recomiendo el alojamiento a nadie. ||||Beware! We had a terribile time staying at this Inn, two months ago. We were given room no 15, which was a total nightmare as there was no window, save for one on the ceiling. However, upon opening it, there was a continuous influx of mosquitoes that kept biting us all the time. Not just that, in the bathroom, they have a used hand-wash, which I believe in this current pandemic crisis, must not be used. As for the breakfast, it's nothing special, either.
