Hotel Montedobra — Hotel in Torrelavega

I don't understand why this is not listed in the "hotel" section of Torrelavega as it is plainly a hotel, not a B&B or an Inn. The rooms all face a traffic circle, but the noise was not really bothersome. Each of our two rooms had double doors leading to the hallway so there was zero hallway noise, which was great. The front desk was not staffed very often while we were there. Instead, the waitress at the cafe (who was extremely friendly) doubled as the receptionist. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation, nice large bed and spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. ||Our stay was for only 1 night and as my wife was unable to walk far it was a disappointment that they did not serve an evening meal or snacks. However this was over come by the staff ordering a Pizza from a local Pizza delivery company for us. Breakfast was typical continental which was plentiful and nice and fresh.||Our visit was following a early evening Ferry arrival at Santander, I would recommend this hotel for an overnight either before or after travelling on the ferry from Santander roughly 30 mins...
