True stealers First, you have to pay 8€ by car to stay in the camping OR in the visitor parking, and if you don't you have to park your car in another area with no possibility to go by walk. Second, the cafétéria is horrible, the steak taste like plastic !! I always finish my dish, but this is the first place where i can't eat, seriously, friends AND people around taste it to be sure and they agree. Third, if you like hot shower is not the good place too, just 2 showers can have hot water Fourth, no activities, nothing to do, no ping pong, no area to play... They just have a pool (a great pool i agree) but too many conditions ! No balls, no plays, no water wings allowed ... Ah no sorry, just 30 min once a week... Fifth, you can't go anywhere without car, Sixth, be care about state of inventory at beginning and at ending. It really not the same ... The behave don't want that you stay around at the end, but he totally agree about add problems and take a part of the caution for no valuable reason... We booked a mobile home canvas "5 adult and 1 child", so we got the big day to 5 adults. The manager made us pay a tent site and more because he was wrong, his mobile man was for 4 adults and 1 child. Bon càmping, bungalows nous i nets. Les instal·lacions estan ben cuidades i no falta de res. La piscina gran, amb socorrista tota l’estona i amb espai suficient per a tothom. L’únic inconvenient està en el bar-restaurant, no pas en l’espai que es correcte, pero si en el seu encarregat.

SITUACIONS VISCUDES AL RESTAURANT

En el nostre cas estavam en règim de mitjà pensió, i cada dia vam tenir alguna sorpresa. El primer dia arribem a sopar i ens comença dient que al acabar d’entrar al càmping no tenim dret al sopar, despres de discutir ens diu que si, peró que anem a buscar la llista dels bungalows amb mitjà pensió a recepció ja que no la té i la necessita, a recepció molt correctes ens diuen que ha d’anar ell, ja que es la seva feina i que per dades personals tampoc ens ho poden donar. L’endemà al primer esmorzar ens explica que podem agafar a la mitjà pensió (Café o suc) i per menjar (bocata, bikini, croisant o crep). Ens va semblar just, ja que per molt que no sigui un esmorzar de buffet, estava molt limitat, sobretot amb la beguda. Peró la sorpresa va ser en el segon esmorzar, ja que un cop haviem demanat i ens anava a cobrar, li recordem que estem en mitjà pensió i aleshores ens diu que el bocata tè suplement, li recordem que ahir ja en vam menjar ja que està inclós i ens l’acaba aceptant, pero que a partir del dia següent ens el cobraria sencer. Al mateix dia arribem al dinar a les 15:30 h (cuina oberta fins les 16:00h) i ens diu que ja no podem menjar, que com a molt ens pot fer pizzes, pero res de cuinar. El cuiner en sentir-ho va sortir i li va dir que no, que podiam menjar el que volguessim. Al 3r o 4t esmorzar, de nou una altra sorpresa, en demanar suc (que ja haviam demanat la resta de dies) ens diu que el suc té suplement de 0’50€, com en el dia del bocata, ens acaba dient que entra, però que a partir del següent dia, tindra suplement. Per acabar, cal dir que a l’hora de dinar/sopar, hi ha postre inclós (crema catalana, gelat, iogurt o flam), fins aquí tot correcte. La sorpresa té la trobes en que segons el seu estat d’ànim tens postres, no en tens, o només tens una opció, quan estan totes disponibles, ja que a les taules que paguen els hi serveix. Dels 6 dies que vam estar en 3 només ens va donar una opció, quan a les taules del costat, com que pagaven si que tenia el producte. I un altre dia, directament no vam tenir postres, ja que despres de més de 20 minuts d’acabar de sopar i no tenir més taules per servir, no ens va venir a demanar i es va ficar a sopar. Finalment, cal afegir que l’encarregat ho vol fer ell tot sol, té 2 cambrers joves peró bons treballadors, però no els deixa fer res. Només preparar les begudes i ben just, quan un d’ells es disposa a portar la comanda a taula, agafar comanda, etc. Els interromp i els fa tornar a darrera la barra de males maneres. Tot aixó comporta que tot vagi amb retrás, ja que vol agafar comandes, portar-les, recollir-les i cobrar. En quan als cuiners tampoc cap queixa, ja que tot el que vam menjar va ser correcte. En conclusió: els 3-4 serveis que ell no va estar treballant, el servei no va tenir cap problema, el funcionament del restaurant va ser millor i la espera va...
