Hotel Augadoce — Hotel in Viveiro

The room was clean enough and is quite basic, the bathroom is a bit dated. The location is good, just a short stroll from a very nice beach.||The female staff on reception when we arrived were very friendly and helpful.||The hotel is a 2 star but I think expensive for the room quality.||The main issue that we had was; at 6.30 in the morning there was, what sounded like a physical fight in a neighboring room, this lasted a couple of minutes and was quite loud, banging against walls etc. When this was brought to the attention of the man on reception he could not possibly of been less interested and simply shrugged his shoulders.||It is not unreasonable to expect at the very least an apology. This guy should find alternative employment in a field more suited to his customer service skills, or better still, perhaps,...

Got a so called Suite for the price of a double room... Peeling wallpaper, jacuzzi US. No light over toilet mirror/shower. 3 coat hangers and no shelf for toiletries!. Toilet and shower are part of the bed and completely open with no privacy!! 1 very small window! Wierd loud noises from the plumbing. All night! Wi-Fi. 2 /10! Helpful receptionist carried a bag up to the second floor for us. Would have been OK 10 years ago. Pity as the outside and reception looks nice. The reception were great and gave us a better room., Thanks

Tengo una llamada Suite por el precio de una habitación doble... Papel pintado pelado, jacuzzi US. No hay luz sobre el espejo / ducha del inodoro. ¡3 perchas y sin estante para artículos de tocador!. ¡El inodoro y la ducha son parte de la cama y están completamente abiertos sin privacidad!! 1 ventana muy pequeña! Ruidos extraños de la fontanería. ¡Toda la noche! Wi-Fi 2/10! La recepcionista servicial llevó una bolsa hasta el segundo piso para nosotros. Hubiera estado bien hace 10 años. Lástima que el exterior y la recepción se vean bien. La recepción fue genial y nos dio una mejor (Normal😎)...

Semana Santa. Última disponible, habitación superior. 120€ sin desayuno; caro pero sin alternativa. Siendo un 2 estrellas, las expectativas no son altas pero el precio nos permite una cierta exigencia. La decoración del cuarto tiene una intención pero el resto es bastante negativo. Lo peor: el “baño” está integrado en la habitación, lo cual supone un “condicionante” pésimo para los momentos en que se necesita privacidad. Lo segundo peor: un mando de la ducha estaba vencido y solo salía agua hirviendo. Lo tercero peor, varios detalles impropios de un hotel medio: una regleta de enchufes en una mesilla, un aplique horrible en una pared que en su momento debió soportar una tele, unos caramelos de CaixaBank de bienvenida, un papel arrugado sobre la cama a modo de saludo, una nevera del siglo pasado (vacía), y así todo. Aunque suene paradójico, creo que las habitaciones normales salen mejor que...
