Bougain Villa Sea View guesthouse — Hotel in Sri Lanka

Bougain villa is a lovely guesthouse located 1 minute away from a beautiful beach. The owner is a kindhearted handsome young man. He will organise all sorts of trips for his guests and help them get local food. He took me to yala national park in his van. I realized on my way back that his van was very comfortable as my back did not hurt after 8 hours drive. His mother cooks delicious meals. Luckily I was here during Sri Lanka new year and was invited to take part in the new year celebration. It was fun and memorable. He has coconut and papaya trees. I had a bit of both. A squirrel really likes his coconut tree. Peacocks here like to walk on walls and rooftops and sometimes balconies. Occasionally woodpeckers will come knock on the window. Very interesting experience with animals. He is very tidy and likes to keep things clean. I love the shower in his garden which let's me wash sands off before entering the room. And very importantly, the beach nearby is really nice. It gets rough sometime but it is a good place to snorkel and swim when it's calm. I have seen many cute sea creatures there. So far I have extended my three-day staying to a month or so. This place is definitely one of my top recommandations to stay in...
