Very Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Hotel

I made a confirmed booking through Booking.com for September 6th. Before our arrival, I even called the hotel several times to make sure everything was in order, and each time the staff reassured me that there were no issues with my reservation.

However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were shocked to be told that there were no rooms available for us. Instead of honoring our confirmed booking, the staff simply turned us away without offering any proper solution. This was extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.

It is very disappointing to travel all the way, trusting your booking is safe, only to be denied accommodation at the last minute. I strongly advise other travelers not to trust this hotel, as they clearly do not respect confirmed reservations or...

Be careful when you book rooms here because there are two hotels in the same place. One is budget and the other one is luxury. Most of the photos here are of the luxury hotel. If you are booking ask for the luxury hotel because the other hotel is very bad. The room is clean and okay. But the bed sheet is old, torn and dark marks were there. The pillow cover is also the same. The towel they provided was unacceptable as there was black patch like old cement was there. They didn't provide water bottles or tea packets. Walls and bathroom door are damaged at some places. You can see bathroom photos and it's very small and not pleasant. Behind the sink there was some kind of brown foam.
