The manager is even worse—he has absolutely no control over the outlet and doesn’t care about customer complaints. When I asked the cashier, he told me to wait because the food was still "in the oven." So I waited 20 more minutes—meaning my total waiting time since ordering online was one full hour.

I finally approached the manager, who told me the food was "being packed." When I asked the supervisor and other staff, they all repeated the same excuse. Then, suddenly, they handed me my order. To my shock, the food was already prepared before I even arrived! They had just kept it aside, making me wait unnecessarily for no reason. This is not just incompetence—it’s outright disrespect for customers’ time.

No Bottled Coca-Cola – Cutting Corners

Unlike other Pizza Hut branches, this location refuses to offer pet bottle Coca-Cola or even bottled Coke, which I have received at many other outlets. Again, they are cutting corners and lowering service quality for no reason.

Instead of wasting your time here, go to Cargills Square Pizza Hut, which is just 150 meters ahead. Unlike this horrible outlet, they no longer charge a service fee but still provide excellent customer service. The staff there are friendly, efficient, and know how to treat customers with respect.

Wow, wow and wow. What can I say? Truly amazing. My family and I visited Sri Lanka from the U.K. and visited Jaffna for the first time. We visited Pizza Hut today and all I can say is truly remarkable service. We were treated like Kings and Queens! We were a group of 8 and there was no enough room inside the restaurant due to it being very busy, therefore they placed us in the private party area which was extremely clean and inviting. Although they told us that we had to order at the till, the staff kept coming over to us to check if we were OK and if we needed any help! Food was ordered at the till and we were still receiving check ins from the staff to see how we were.
