However, despite the stunning environment, our recent stay was unfortunately hindered by significant issues related to maintenance, service, and dining quality that require immediate attention.||Accommodation and Maintenance|The accommodation desperately needs modernization. The rooms felt significantly outdated, and maintenance standards were poor. The television in the room was notably small and non-functional, and the bathrooms were not well maintained.||Service and Dining|The level of service received from the staff was another major disappointment. Both the front desk and room service teams were unhelpful and often seemed disinterested in assisting with guest needs. This lack of attentive and helpful service created unnecessary frustration throughout the stay.||Furthermore, the culinary experience was very average. The food provided was very average in quality, and the overall selection was quite limited.
