MR Tourist Hotel — Hotel in Sri Lanka

Worse hotel. Bathrooms smell bad. Dirty bedsheets and pillow covers. Moulds in pillows. Broken mirrors in the bathrooms also not cleaned. Toilet smell everywhere and some of the bathrooms didn't have hot water. Chair covers also not cleaned. The tray on the dressing table not clean. Tables in the dining area not clean. They even served expired foods to us. Some foods not cooked well. When we complained to them they gave us stupid reasons like forgot to clean the toilet, the chef didn't come on that day, workers are not enough etc. Worse hospitality. I'm not recommending this...

This my second stay here.Came this time because of last time experience. But due to my last time planning of the trip able to get non AC room.Wash room is horrible its like public toilet.Commode and its seat is horrible you can't use that all.Dust is all over the room.Hotel is running by youths who don't have any experience in hospitality.
