Muru's Place is this super cool homestay that's a 15-minute walk from the beach. It’s perfect quiet location. It's honestly so awesome: the family are divine, and super nice, and they make you feel right at home the moment you step in. At night, the dorm room gets a nice cool breeze from the window, and the beds are really big and comfy. Everything's clean, and (as I said) the family who lives there is just the best. I think I hold the joint record for the max no. Days stayed — over 3 weeks! Even for sri lanka this family is extraordinary special! We (my partner and our little daughter and me) came to Hiriketiya without a prebooked place. Luckily we found Murus guesthouse. The rooms (2 dormitory rooms and one family room) are clean with comfi beds. You can use a shared kitchen and they provide the breakfast you ask for(but better than anywhere else!). We had an amazing stay! 🙏🏻 We booked one night and stayed a hole month ✨️ the owner is sutch, a sweet and genuine kind person who will do anything to help you... her hospitality is fantastic. Everything is always so clean... It's impressive 👌🏼Our room was very comfortable. We had an Ac room, which was great in this heat. We were always very comfortable, and her breakfast was also amazing. Such a lovely family to be a part of.... we can only say the vest things. Location is perfect 👌🏼 close by everything but in a quit lovley neighborhood. We definitely are coming...
