The King's island Negombo — Hotel in Western Province

Regarding my Agoda booking on the 13th November 2024 I booked 3 nights at King's Island Resort but Roy who works there advised me not to book through them and just to come to King's Island Resort which I did on the 18th November and stayed until the 23rd and paid 64594 lkr I cancelled the Agoda booking the same day on the 13th November but regrettably they still took my money I was informed by Roy and Mr Guruge's son that my money would be paid back to me from Agoda which it hasn't Roy has kept telling me that it will be paid back in my bank but it still hasn't I actually found an email address for Agoda and explained to them what has happened They advised me they would contact King's Island Resort to get confirmation that I did stay at King's Island and for a few days more as well They did contact King's Island Resort to confirm I stayed Which I did from the 18th to the 23rd of November but they said it was rejected by Kings Island Resort I provided the receipt that I paid of 63584 lkr This has really annoyed me because I have been promised all along by Roy and Mr Guruge s son that I shall get payment I am owed $130.80 which is 38400 lkr and £105 I have been treated really terrible and I feel so angry No-one wants to help me at all I telephoned Mr Guruge Mr Shaminda and Roy who all said I will get a refund This is now January and still no refund in to my bank I would never stay at King's Island Resort again by pure principal They are all...
