Due to a work related matter, I had to spend two weeks in a small town called Söderhamn. ||The hotel lover I am was looking forward to a nice cozy bed with plush pillows... and long breakfasts with strong coffee... ||But; I got a nice bed with a pillow as thick as an envelope.. They give you two unusable pillows - why is that?!? Isn't better to own up and get ONE real pillow that's actually usable?||The bed itself is comfy and the wifi is decent - what I don't get us the fact that EACH time you use the wifi you'll have to enter the access code (so no, the system doesn't recognize your tech)||For sleeping it's much NEEDED eye shades because the designer flunked school - the blackout curtains doesn't reach the floor (and believe me, when it's not pitch dark in Sweden, it's like natural neon light).||The breakfast? Me and my wife had just arrived after a 24 hour journey from the states and had issues getting our rental car, so we ended up taking a train up, and couldn’t get any help from the hotel in getting a taxi or any kind of ride from the train station, even though we informed them we are with our 3 and 6 year old and have a lot of very large luggage, and 2 dead cell phones. -This was a 1 night stop on the way, glad it wasn’t much...
