This is a great house in a lovely village. We spent a week here in late August and had a lovely time. The house is well equipped and has good views of the mountains. And the benefit of an indoor heated pool - which our children loved. The village of Moleson has lots of activities that are available in the summer. As well as the funicular and then cable car to the top of the mountain, there is a bouncy castle park, mini golf, downhill go karts (you get pulled up in your go kart by the ski lift and then drive down the hill) and a Bob-luge (this is like a bobsleigh on rails which you drive down a mountain track). The Bob was a hit with everyone - lots of fun was had zipping down the mountain track. We bought a weekly pass, which covered all the activities (and funicular/cable car) and which paid for itself in about 3 days. Overall a great house in a great (very family friendly) location. We are looking forward to...
Read moreI love this place. Have visted in February and September and both times spectacular. The chalet is cosy and well equipped. It offers decent wifi meaning I can still do (a little) work from holiday and the pool and sauna are fabulous with a great garden for relaxing and balcony off the kitchen. A short drive from Gruyere old town (best fondue - ever) and the extraordinary Geiger Museum as well as all that Gruyere itself has to offer. In winter we skiied many of the surrounding villages. Such heaven, no queues, great runs. Always...

Furnishing is not brand new, but fits perfectly into the alpine setting. The small fun-park and the cheese manufactory nearby are worth a visit. Hikes start right at the door, ranging from relaxed to challenging. Or just take the cable car to the peak of...
