We have just returned from 2 days staying at Laax glamping and I think it's safe to say that our entire experience has been negatively impacted by the really disappointing service from staff members. TLDR: amazing location, nice place, reasonable food, rude and unhelpful staff members. Not worth the 350 per night price tag. EDIT AFTER OWNER RESPONSE: Our issue was not caused by a lack of food but by the poor attitude of a staff member. We did detail dietary requirements at time of booking and then discuss these on our arrival, AND alternatives were available. I just didn't expect to have a row to get these and then be treated rudely for the entirety of the 2 night stay. On the plus side, the location is spectacular and the tents are fantastic- kitted out with everything you need. Comfy beds and duvets and lots of extra blankets plus power for charging and a coffee machine. Shower block is pristine and looks brand new and the sauna is a lovely piece of luxury. Breakfast is help yourself from the tuk tuk cart- bread, cheese, meat, cereals and juices and you can take it back to your tent. Dinner is at the restaurant over the road. The menu is pretty basic and only one option for the three course dinner menu, but all the food we had was really tasty. Where the issue with our stay came was in the attitude of staff when we requested any alternative for genuine dietary reasons (three of our party are allergic to tomatoes, and one is a vegetarian). Luckily an alternative pasta option was available on the first night but only after basically arguing with one member of waiting staff who begrudgingly arranged with the chef for this to be provided. She then frankly ruined the rest of our stay by being rude at every available opportunity as if affronted by this small request. My son was provided with the meat option but without the meat as "dinner" on the second evening. When we asked about this we were greeted with sarcasm and claims that she had no idea of our requirements. For the price we paid (£180 pppn) I expected more- politeness at least. Won't return and can't recommend

Really amazing. I don't think you can get better. And great for families. My first glamping experience and it was even better than expected from the photos. Almost perfect. (To be realistic, one must remember this is high end camping but still is not a 5 star resort). Florian and Thorsten very helpful. The good /very good * Stunning scenery and location *Most amazing cool tents + visually appealing *Beautiful spacious tents well 🏕️🏖️ appointed with comfortable bed, lights, power and (yes!) pod coffee machine * Literally over the fence is a Marmot reserve (Müngga) so they are visible and audible each morning. Priceless for this alone. Tents 12-18 open facing the Müngga. *Central fire space for eating around the fire under the stars. (BYO MARSHMALLOWS) * Wet weather dinner is at La Vacca (the cool teepee restaurant bar that you'd know if you ski Flims Laax Favela (;-). .... But they dudes running forgot to mention that and we walked in the rain after finding out from other guests. *Great Raclette. Ignore comments that suggest a raclette needs to be perfect. It's camping... * I had a lot for trouble with the website trouble booking (not due to inexperience web booking). Called the TCS helpline and it was great. Very friendly. But the website hangs when you try to book, do try several browsers and devices before giving up. Clear cookies. Reboot try again! eventually.... 😎 * Communal lounge tent with open bar, drinks fridge and board games. Music. *Heater * It's full board breakfast and dinner on-site. Mini picnic lunch provided perfect for your day trip or hike. * the Land Jaeger salami is great. The not-so-good or easy (nothing is and it's their first) # you can't just drive up. And bus timetable very limited. Bring CASH FOR THE BUS. Number 23 from LAAX La Post or Bergbahnen. Last ride up is at 16:15. You can park Underground at Rockssort. ( fortunately despite arriving super late we hitched a ride with staff... But it took a lot of coordination. They were great) #honeymooners might want a location with more distance between tents.

Sad to see the cows being exploited for dairy production and, of course, also for the meat industry. They carry those silly bells around their neck, quite noisy too. The sound of the bells was also quite disturbing when we were inside the tent, trying to sleep in the morning. A harsh and heartbreaking reality. The cute piglets, happily playing in the mud puddles, so nice to see them playing around and knowing that their fate is already sealed, which makes it even more painful to witness. Sitting in the restaurant and knowing that the food on your plate comes directly from those cows and piglets is a heavy feeling. Luckily, there was oat milk for breakfast, salad and on Sunday brunch margarine. The staff were very attentive and friendly, providing warm service. Overall, it was a nice hike. I just hope that these kinds of places are well cared for and preserved.

Warning: Radically Overpriced for What It Offers

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing for the price point.

Accommodation: The tents are not sealed, and we experienced a spider infestation. When we informed the team, nothing was done. Cows are kept close to the tents at night, and the bells ring continuously just 30 meters away. When we raised this, the response was simply that we “should have been given earplugs.”

Noise & Comfort: Expect significant noise during the night and little protection from insects.

Food & Service: Breakfast was insufficient for the number of guests, and staff did not refill the food as they were focused on their restaurant guests instead. Also severely understaffed for the number of guests

Amenities: Basic necessities were lacking — for example, no soap was provided until we repeatedly asked.

Customer Service: We called four times to raise these concerns. The only resolution offered was a 10% discount, which did not reflect the extent of the issues.

Summary: For such a high price, the experience was far below expectations. Between the noise, lack of cleanliness, poor service, and minimal amenities, I would strongly recommend...
