Came to this restaurant twice during my time in Laax, Flims, Falera and I must say this is one of the best restaurants on the Alps. I highly recommend the cheese dumplings with fried onions and also enjoy a Baileys Hot Chocolate with whip cream. The soup is also really good, wrapped in char leaves. You can't get this in most places. Not sure if it's because it's a Romansch dish? Their cheese and dairy comes from their 90 cows. Doesn't get any better than this. I also got a truffle fondue for one but ended up sharing it with 2 more people cause it was too much.
