Hotel Pizzeria Selva — Hotel in Zernez

As we were driving to Italy in a snow storm, we had to stop because the roads were too dangerous and we had no tire chains. We were quite desperate to find a place to stay overnight and found by miracle this hotel where we had the best service ever!!! Theresa was the kindest person that saved the day for us. She reserved two family rooms for us, prepared a table for dinner and helped us the next day to make it to our final destination. The room was above expectations, the beds were very comfortable and the food (dinner and breakfast) were amazingly good! Our experience at Selva’s was excellent. To start one must emphasize the cleanliness of the rooms. Impeccable and comfortable suites with a good sense of harmony with the landscape and a pinch of family. The location is perfect for nature lovers. Afterwards one must mention the food. AMAZING. And to end in beauty the great customer service and attention to you by the staff. D. We were on a motorbike tour in Graubünden and we stopped at this hotel by chance, we didn't book in advance. I didn't know what to expect from the hotel because it looks quite old from the outside. We had such a nice surprise!! The lady at the reception was so lovely and smiling, everything is so perfectly clean, the room had a nice view on the mountain and was super clean as well, the food at the restaurant extremely good both at dinner and for breakfast.
